“If you are Croydon resident and are unable to get an urgent appointment at your GP surgery you can call NHS 111 for an assessment of your problem. if you then need to see a GP NHS 111 can book an appointment for you to be seen at one of the three new GP Hubs in Croydon which are open 8:00 am to 8:00pm 7 days a week 365 days a year. You can also be seen at a GP Hub without an appointment but may have to wait.”

If it is an emergency still call the usual 999 number
If you need urgent hospital treatment go straight to the Accident & Emergency department at either Croydon University Hospital (formerly Mayday Hospital), London Road, Croydon or the Princess Royal University Hospital at Farnbough Common, Orpington, Kent BR6 8ND
Call 999 for an ambulance for emergencies such as loss of consciousness, severe chest pain, serious accidents or serious loss of blood.
